Once we’ve inspected the vehicle and we’ve found the cause of your problem, we’ll contact you with the results. We’ll run through our recommendations on what is needed and provide you with a quote inclusive of parts, labour and VAT so you can make an informed decision about the repairs you need. We won’t go ahead and do the repairs without full approval from you.
